Dr Tasneem Khan

Dr Tasneem Khan has been a valued member of our team since April 2021.

She has extensive experience working in hospital settings, particularly in emergency medicine, having worked overseas and at Lyell McEwin Hospital in Adelaide before relocating to Mount Gambier.

Dr Khan has special interests in the fields of, Emergency medicine, Women’s Health, Skin cancer medicine and surgery, Obesity Management, Chronic disease management, Pediatrics and Mental Health.

She has recently upskilled and is now offering Medicinal Cannabis prescriptions to aide persons suffering from chronic pain, anxiety, and sleep disorders to selected patients who meet strict criteria, as well as Mirena insertion for long term contraception and management of heavy menstrual cycles.

Other services on offer include Complete skin checks, Skin Cancer removal, Benign lesion/cyst removal. Implanon insertion and removal.
